
1 medium telegraph cucumber, grated, squeezed in paper towel to remove excess liquid
1 cup plain unsweetened yoghurt
2 - 3 cloves of garlic, chopped finely
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon, juice of
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
cracked pepper and rock salt to taste
Mix all ingredients together, adding salt and pepper to taste.
