
2 ripe avocados
2 -3 cloves garlic, chopped finely
1/2 lemon, juice of
1 tomato, chopped
Tabasco to taste
cracked pepper and rock salt to taste
Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl, add the chopped garlic and lemon juice, mash all together until smooth. Mix in chopped tomato. Season with Tabasco, and rock salt and cracked pepper. Cover and refrigerate until needed - but best enoyed the day its made.
